TGCU Annual General Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Grain Council of Uganda will be held on Tuesday 11th August 2026 commencing at 9:00am at Kati-kati Restaurant, Kampala to conduct the following business:

1. Opening prayer.

2. Adoption of agenda.

3. Introductions.

4. Communication from chair

5. Receiving and confirming the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.

6. To receive, consider, and adopt the Directors’ Report, the Auditors’ Report, and the Audited Financial Statements.

7. Election or re-appointment of directors retiring by rotation.

8. To appoint the auditors of the Council for the ensuing year and to authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration.

9. To discuss Any Other Business (AOB) for which due notice will have been given.
