Ronald is a bio-medical engineer by training although he is currently actively involved in agriculture and finance. He is mainly involved in organizing people in the agro industry on formation of agro based industry SACCOs. Currently, Ronald is a coordinator in the Operation Wealth Creation and is based in the Ministry of Finance. He is a member of the board of the Grain Council of Uganda.
